Lettings Fee Information
The asking rent does not include lettings fees.
Depending on your circumstances and the property you select, Property Plus may also apply the following upfront fees:
- Tenant administration fee (per tenant): £195.00 inc VAT
- Transfer tenant from one property no references required: £120.00 inc VAT
- Guarantor fee (per guarantor): £90.00 inc VAT
- Checkout administration fee (per tenancy): £108.00 inc VAT
- Not cancelling direct debit: £30.00 inc VAT
- Arrears Letters: £30.00 inc VAT
- Moving the rent due date + additional days rent due: £50.00 inc VAT
- Tenant reference request: £30.00 inc VAT
- Tenant complaint formal letter: £30.00 inc VAT
- Deposit per property: equivalent to 6 weeks rent
- Bedsit Deposit: Rent + £100
- Company Referencing Fee: £360.00 inc VAT
- Pet Deposit: from £150.00
- Early termination fee: £180.00 inc VAT
