Fully Managed  & Letting Only  fees and commission are due during the entire period the Tenant/s occupy the property or any other premises owned by or in which the Owner/Landlord has a connection.

 

 

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) £80.00 + VAT

 

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) from £150.00 + VAT

 

Gas Safety Certificate from £60.00 + VAT

 

Preparation of Inventory & Statement of Condition:

Furnished / Unfurnished property    from £70.00 to £160.00 + VAT

 

Additional Services:

Progressing Insurance Claims       10% of the settlement + VAT

 

Preparing Court Papers for an Accelerated Possession Order £150.00 + VAT

 

Court Attendance £150.00 + VAT

 

Appropriate charges will be made for handling/processing of insurance claims and the overseeing of major works or refurbished, also for the provision of any other services e.g. gardening, cleaning, decoration, or inventory

replacement. Charges for the above on request. Overseas telephone calls, faxes, and e-mails as appropriate.

 

Sale of a Property to a Tenant

Where a Tenant purchases a property occupied (of previously occupied) by that Tenant during, or within six months of any Tenancy, a fee of 1% of the purchase price will become payable by the Owner to the Agent.
